It's great to see tailoring accommodate such extreme movement today. This level of tailoring was a bit more common in the past, as you can see in old films featuring Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly, but many modern suits will lift off the wearer's neck even when they're just walking.

unfortunately, kim il sung's clothes hang a lot better
There are two photos. On the left, there's an image of the newly unveiled Donald Trump bronze statue covered in gold leaf. On the right, there's a bronze statue of North Korea leader Kim Il Sung. Both are wearing tailored outfits, but Trump's outfit is very wrinkly while Sung's clothes hang cleanly.

When simulation becomes the norm, it weakens the human capacity for discernment. As a result, our social bonds close in upon themselves, forming self-referential circuits that no longer expose us to reality. We thus come to live within bubbles, impermeable to one another. Feeling threatened by anyone who is different, we grow unaccustomed to encounter and dialogue. In this way, polarization, conflict, fear and violence spread. What is at stake is not merely the risk of error, but a transformation in our very relationship with truth.

Need more reminders that speed is ALWAYS a factor in whether a vehicle collision happens at all, and how deadly the consequences are, but in Km/hour rather than MPH? Here’s more I’ve collected. What would you prefer — killed, injured or uninjured? Set city speed limits accordingly. #VisionZero

Media & police commonly report that “speed wasn’t a factor in a crash.” What they mean is the driver wasn’t technically breaking the speed limit, or at least not too much. But speed is ALWAYS a factor, in how much distance is needed to stop, how well crash victims can be seen, and whether they die.
Graphic showing how hard it is for drivers to yield at different speeds, how a drivers field of vision is reduced at higher speeds, and how the likelihood of a struck pedestrian dying increases with speed. #SpeedKills #SpeedIsALWAYSaFactor
