we learned that our equipment manager had mistakenly served our players Gaterlode, a high-carbohydrate drink, instead of Gatorade throughout the game, which explained why the team was so sluggish in the closing minutes. Klarna, the company that got so much press for dropping customer service and replacing them with AI, is now saying that they are now going to "become the best at offering a human to speak to." Great stuff!

We just had an epiphany: in a world of Al nothing will be as valuable as humans!

Ok you can laugh at us for realizing it so late, but we are going to kick off work to allow Klarna to become the best at offering a human to speak to!!!
So excited about this, more to come!
We will continue to invest and improve our Al support. But the truth is the cost savings it generates and improvement in quality. Allows us to double down on making sure the human service part of Klarna becomes even better. More to come!

My Turo Hosting Experience
I've been a host for a year and a month and an all-star host since April 2024.
My vehicle constantly smells like weed/cigarettes.
I've had multiple guests (3) wreck my vehicle. I've had to cancel 3 trips due to my vehicle being in the shop from a guest accident.
Once it was rented and taken to West Virginia where it was used by the guest's neice as a mobile counterfeit money printing station. They were arrested and it was impounded in WV. I live in the Midwest and it took over a month to get it back.
My vehicle is currently in the shop from a guest drunk driving and wrecking my truck, the guest being arrested, and the truck being impounded.
That was the first rental after I got my vehicle back from the shop from the last guest that wrecked it in November.
I've gotten 1-star reviews from the people that have wrecked my truck and/or had it impounded during their trip. Due to those reviews and the cancellations my performance is suffering. One guest gave me a 1-star rating for communication, where I was the only one communicating. That guest broke my sunroof and bed cover.
Not sure if I'm just a magnet for bad guests but be careful out there.
