f Berlin was the genius on NatSec it sometimes wants to be, we would sit down with Paris right about now, figuring out a way to afford more than one PA-NG, and leverage this for FCAS. Alas.

Da. The western armies carpet bombed then shelled french cities deliberately to kill civilians & then replaced them with Americans as part of 40 yrs of illegal occupation. But if they did it it was wrong, thus making us doing it right. Finland was enemy cos they defended themselves.

Former President of Russia confirms that Putin now totally owns this US President. - Trump confirmed to Putin no sanctions. - Trump agrees that only Ukraine AND Europe surrendering to Russia can end the war. By mere flattery, Putin has totally paralyzed the US.

Drones are very helpful but not a substitute for traditional infantry. Plekhovo, where bad weather prevented effective drone operations and as a result was retaken by NK and RU troops in 3h, needs to be studied and learned from.

In a horrifying article about the dangers of Teslas, one point stands out: Teslas automatically disengage self-driving mode <1 second before an imminent crash--not enough time for the driver to react, but enough for Tesla to deny responsibility for fatal crashes, since self-driving "wasn't engaged."
The real surprise came after the experiment. Fred Lambert, who writes for the blog Electrek, pointed out the same autopilot disengagement that the NHTSA had documented. “Autopilot appears to automatically disengage a fraction of a second before the impact as the crash becomes inevitable,” Lambert noted.

100%. To this end, the immediate dismantlement of the NPT is in order. A coordinated effort should be made by key countries - Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Nordics, South Africa, Egypt, Indonesia, Phillipinnes, Japan, SK, etc - to retreat from the NPT.

Man comes to the US from Lebanon. Starts out delivering pizzas, becomes a Nobel winning neuroscientist. Trump freezes his funding, he gets an email from China offering to move his lab “any city, any university I want" with guaranteed funding for 20 years. What are we doing?
Ardem Patapoutian's story is not just the American dream, it is the dream of American science.

He arrived in Los Angeles in 1986 at age 18 after fleeing war-torn Lebanon. He spent a year writing for an Armenian newspaper and delivering Domino's at night to become eligible for the University of California, where he earned his undergraduate degree and a postdoctoral fellowship in neuroscience.

He started a lab at Scripps Research in San Diego with a grant from the National Institutes of Health, discovered the way humans sense touch, and in 2021 won the Nobel Prize.

But with the Trump administration slashing spending on science, Dr. Patapoutian's federal grant to develop new approaches to treating pain has been frozen. In late February, he posted on Bluesky that such cuts would damage biomedical research and prompt an exodus of talent from the United States. Within hours, he had an email from China, offering to move his lab to "any city, any university I want," he said, with a guarantee of funding for the next 20 years.

🤬 In the past two weeks, I haven’t seen a single public condemnation of these terrorist attacks by Trump administration. Russia is playing a subtle diplomatic game — trying to weaken support for Ukraine, divide its allies, and wage an information war. And then… to launch a massive new offensive.
