It is paid only which is annoying but I really love MacroFactor. You can build custom recipes using a library of ingredients and it does the math for you, then adds them to a library for future use. I’m pretty sure they have a free trial? It’s been my favorite tracker of them all though!

Salmon are actually super low in mercury for fish since they’re pretty low on the food chain and dont live super long (like tuna for example) so mercury doesn’t accumulate much. :) Fixate away!
