I’ve anecdotally found that drinking ginger beer (not alcoholic, just very concentrated ginger) and ginger tea have cut my symptomatic and recovery periods WAY down from where they’d usually be. Almost always feel 90% better halfway through day 2. Hope you feel better soon!
