I went with Dad for his flu & covid jabs this morning. While in the queue we overheard the following conversation... Old guy 1 (hint of pride) "My wife's too young for the covid jab!" Old guy 2 "You've got a young missus, then, have you?" Old guy 1 "Well, she's not that young, she's 74..."

Morning. Last week I found out for the first time that Champion The Wonder Horse (stalwart black and white 50s schedule filler up to 1993) was a spin-off. Champion was Gene Autry’s horse, and it was a 1955 cash in on the success of the Gene Autry Show. He’s like horse Frasier.
