Yesterday, AA4464 was cleared to land RWY31L at JFK, while AC8554 was cleared 31R. AA4464’s turn to runway heading brought it close enough to AC8554 that both aircraft responded to TCAS RAs and went around. The flights landed safely a short time later. www.flightradar24.com/multiview/20...

Daily U-turns, whether the Strait of Hormuz is open or closed, are reckless. Transit through the Strait must remain free of charge. The EU has reached the political agreement to widen our sanctions regime to also target those responsible for breaches to freedom of navigation. (1/2)

If a non-tabbed former Army National Guard Captain who never even held company command revoked that many Ranger tabs in one fell swoop I honestly think we would be the closest to outright mutiny that this country has seen in 100 years.

GOP spent 50 years grooming The Troops, nurturing the stabbed-in-the-back myth and pretending they have a lock on patriotism and service. They’ve done well for themselves, but if the secret police are more willing and able to be used domestically, and we didn’t give them the coup they wanted… well
