So sad to learn that not only did Tim Curry and Dolly Parton die, but artist Yayoi Kusama died recently too. I loved her whole aesthetic 😞

This is a photo of an art installation exhibited at Martin Gropius Bau on April 29, 2021 in Berlin, Germany.
The artist is Yayoi Kusama, the sculptural piece is called A Bouquet Of Love I Saw In The Universe.
In the photo we see a large open indoor space reminiscent of an atrium or an enclosed open-air courtyard. The ceiling is a rectangular dome made of glass, and along the second story we see highly detailed painted railings lining the balcony style walkways. The open space has been filled with giant pink tentacles with a pattern made of filled in black circles in different sizes organized in lines. The tentacles are curled to look like they're writhing. The floor is painted a slightly darker shade of pink with an intricate swirling pattern of black circles reminiscent of the pattern on the tentacles.
