You should be asking why Rockstar gets to do this and doesn't run into any issues with payment processors, while the rest of anyone drawing or writing "explicit content" on any platform have so much trouble getting paid

Trades. crafts, apprenticeships all gaining in respect as alternatives to absurdly expensive college ... unless the trade in question is perceived as women's work. Cosmetology doesn't pay as a craft/trade because it is licensed & regulated in a way that ensures it doesn't.

RHG and his ilk's response will be to do some racecraft, insisting that these are Berbers and thus not really racially Black (while ignoring the ample evidence for dark-skinned Romans) and/or to just botch the chronology and claim that this was part of Roman decline.

There is a difference between saying ignorant things out of, well, ignorance (which is almost understandable, since we weren't widely visible until recently) and openly deciding that some people don't count as fully human and can be traded for votes. That second one is where we are.

I've never understood why prostitution is illegal, since most of the ugly and dangerous things related to it are caused by that illegality. I finally get it. Making it legal would create oversight, interfering with trafficking and pedophile rings--things wealthy men love.

I have to admit, I find Hegseth's "I'm not touching you" version of fascism, where he does white nationalist and christian nationalist things, but always with this pretense that he isn't doing that, even when he wrote books about how we should do that, just so very tiring and annoying.

There are NOT machine-made clothes. If there were, your clothes would be made in the country you live in (where the customers are), or in China (where machines are cheap). They’re made in Bangladesh or India or Indonesia because that’s where the LABOUR is cheap. Your clothes are made by people.
Joyce Carol Oates says: “This is why Al-generated romance novels make perfect sense. Formulaic fiction doesn't need to be written by hand, so to speak; what difference does it make if a machine "writes" it? There are machine-made clothes & there are custom-made clothes. They appeal to
different consumers.“

This is a common lie from DHS press flacks. They claim that people who came through CBP One — who registered for an appointment through a government app, went to a port of entry, and were issued a grant of humanitarian parole by a CBP officer letting them enter — "entered illegally." Total nonsense.
