The STR business model is simple. We buy a song, eg on Bandcamp, but raise the capital for that by borrowing against the song, so the debt is the song’s. Then we strip out ghost notes, backing vox, reverb, anything not essential and sell it off. In a few years we flip this optimized song for profit.
