He grew up surrounded by his gran's collection and later bought his own after visiting a shop with a friend.
"The main selling point for me is the cases," he says.
"There's something about really clean cases that I love."
Streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ dominate the market but Declan says he values ownership.

"It's nice to have something you own instead of paying for subscriptions all the time," he sayS.

I normally avoid caring much about awards, but the TGA nominations actually suck ass. Clair Obscur hogs up fully half of the best performance nominations, and for some reason is listed in both of the indie categories as well. That overrepresentation might be "justified" by hype, but excludes others.

Ooh, "sloppers" is much better than "clankers". Focuses on the actor (the user/peddler), and the undesirable action, rather than a vague class of tools. Also seems to avoid the weird slur-esque vibes (as in Cylon/toaster) (and I'm guessing this is part of the motivation)
