Remember, for the past few years AI has been in the "investors throw money at it stage." This is normal for new tech. Eventually, investors expect actual profits. We're over that hill now, so you're going to see a lot of AI companies die off.

As I'm under NDA I can't ever name the client I represent but I can say their customers are very self conscious people who need patience and attention. Where AI could be a great listener, it will always lack intuition to react to yet not spoken and soothe concerns.
