Memento (spooky) Morty 🌙 @mementomorty.bsky.social · 18/06/2026zofran should be an otc medication and i will die on this hell 3237429
👻 YSUBoOoOooOooo 👻 @bassoonysu.bsky.social · 19/06/2026ENDORSED. When I worked in amb care pharmacy, I had a pt who had an eating disorder resulting in nausea/vomiting so severe that she couldn't keep anything down if she didn't have Zofran before every meal. She had to pay hundreds of $$$ out of pocket using our discount card to get a 3mo supply. 030
N Sims @copyrightlibn.bsky.social · 20/06/2026Only way I've ever been able to complete colonoscopy prep, and I don't know why I have to ask for it special. Seems like it should just go standard with that grossness. 000
Amber, PharmD @amberbeads.bsky.social · 19/06/2026It won't, because of the QTc boogeyman. But I agree that it should be. 250

Pam @plantscatsandbooks.bsky.social · 18/06/2026I like how the argument is always about prolonged QRS, etc but no one actually ever gets an EKG before being prescribed. Keep it behind the counter like the real Sudafed. 2151
BAT-alie 🎃👻💀🦇 @nataliek.bsky.social · 18/06/2026Right?! I know, i know…qt intervals and all that. But I would have died during my pregnancy without my patented zofran/promethazine combo. And of course insurance barely covered eighty 4mg pills per month. 140
Spooky Syr @syrcaid.bsky.social · 19/06/2026I went to the ER about two months ago for a foot injury and accidentally got prescribed Ondansetron. Went to the doctor later and she asekd "Did you have nausea?" lmao I kept it, anyway, and it's been super helpful. I'm gonna be sad when it's gone. 000
Cassandrastein @amynewsmith.bsky.social · 19/06/2026There was a long period when I needed Zofran several times per week to be able to go to work and function. A literal life saver. If I had been seeing a doctor who wouldn’t prescribe? 000
Dumb Megan @dmbmeg.bsky.social · 19/06/2026Pretty harmless drug that we give like candy in the OR. Totally agree. 020
Mike McInnis @mikemcinnis.bsky.social · 20/06/2026I’m old enough to remember when Zofran was both new and prohibitively expensive (and frequently not covered by insurance) 120
WestieMom @westiemom.bsky.social · 18/06/2026Can't let pregnant ladies be comfortable, am I right? I know it has other uses 150
Satadru Pramanik @satmandu.bsky.social · 20/06/2026Also, Zofran PILLS are a terrible Rx for people likely to be vomiting — because then they can't keep the pills down! Oral dissolving antiemetics or GTFO. (My late ex died at home after a chemo session from excessive vomiting. I found an empty bottle of Zofran pills in her bedroom after she died.) 011
