I love when Germans renovate the Soviet era panel housing to something prettier and friendlier. Some renovations are so successful like this one that it takes a keen eye to notice.

Every time I return to Paris, I notice they've done more to reclaim streets from drivers and cars, including removing on-street parking, protecting cyclists from drivers, and prioritizing pedestrians and cyclists in shared spaces. Other cities can learn a lot from Paris.
