I'm suddenly reminded of that one Spoony video where he angrily says we should kill anyone who likes Final Fantasy X. The thing that prompted him to say that was seeing Seymour's hairdo. I've yet to meet a Final Fantasy X fan who likes his character design. It is pretty terrible.

I've known for a while that the same Tokusatsu character designer worked on both SMT IV and Final Fantasy XIV. What I didn't realize until a few days ago is Yiazmat has the same coral skin texture as the Archangels. It's VERY weird seeing it on a 3D model.

I played Chrono Trigger on this thing. It couldn't handle transparent sprites so the fog in 2300 AD blocked out the whole screen. I had to turn off the sprite layer, but that layer also contained all of the text so I had to repeatedly toggle it.
