Leaders of flag-raising group Raise the Colours Oxfordshire placed trackers on highway workers’ cars to find out their home addresses, the High Court has heard. RTC then attempted to intimidate the highway staff into no longer removing flags by repeating their addresses to them.

Badenoch just said, on national TV, that UK's carbon emissions have gone up "in total" because of the 2008 Climate Change Act. They have, in fact, declined by more than half. Did #Kuenssberg break in to point this basic fact out? Of course not

I’m reading War and Peace, and you know, probably a lot more people would read it if they knew just how extremely cunty the dialogue is
“Vera,” said the countess, turning to her older daughter, obviously not her favorite. “How is it you have no notion of anything?”

Excerpt From
War and Peace
Leo Tolstoy, Richard Pevear & Larissa Volokhonsky

This material may be protected by copyright.“I often think how unfairly life’s good fortune is sometimes distributed. Why has fate given you two such nice children (excluding Anatole, your youngest, I don’t like him),” she put in peremptorily, raising her eyebrows, “such lovely children? And you really value them less than anyone and are therefore unworthy of them.”
And she smiled her rapturous smile.”

“May I see the count?” Pierre repeated.
“Hm! … If you want to kill him, to kill him outright, you may see him.”

Kishwer Falkner in The Times talking about the rights of "biological people". As compared to trans people, who are, of course, non-biological.
“They’re concerned their rights are being taken away. Their anger should be directed at those snake-oil salesmen who sold them the fiction they had rights that have been taken away, and not ever explained that rights are balanced. And that in some areas, such as discrimination law, the rights of biological people hold.”
