BY THE WAY If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2. There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security. Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation." TURN IT OFF.

After trying and failing to finish Isles of the Emberdark, finding it to be utterly lacking, I think I'm done with Brandon Sanderson and the Cosmere. Him also being a Zionist is a kick in the teeth, but no surprise since he's quietly conservative and only gives his LGBTQ audience crumbs.
