IMHO, this describes the main limitation of “agents” in a nutshell. It’s quicker to DO IT YOURSELF. There is nothing wrong with pen and paper. Life is not meant to be scheduled every minute of the day or optimized to death.

it’s just 2.5 years! and it would give the teenager some more space to have friends over, and have room in case she ever wants a car. and the development has a gorgeous pool and gym and dog parks and it’s gorgeous. i just feel….so wrong 😩 even though it’s only like 7 minutes from our house.
