In fact...not *that* long.
According to the Premier League rulebook, the appeal process has a stricter time frame, whereby any party who wishes to appeal a decision by a judicial panel must do so by email within 14 days of a decision being announced. Under rule W.86 any hearing should conclude no longer than 12 weeks after the first appeal is submitted. Any decision by the appeal board must also be published, alongside full written reasons, within 30 days of the conclusion of the hearing.

The ever-present PL teams with better 'big chance' conversion than Arsenal since the start of 2022-23: Man City, Newcastle, Spurs, Brentford, Fulham. Only one has some of the best players in the league. Using a talent advantage is about creating more chances, not converting chances more reliably.

Tedious media narratives
Morning all. Arsenal will be training this morning at London Colney ahead of a trip to face Napoli in the Champions League tomorrow evening. Mikel Arteta will meet the press in Italy later on, so we’ll get some idea of his thoughts on this game, but it’s one I’d like to see a bit of […] The post Tedious media narratives appeared first on Arseblog ... an Arsenal blog.

With the worst shot he'll ever take, Ødegaard has equalled his goal tally from last season. Nobody will even remember that's how he scored a year from now. Statistics are stupid.

29 days to go: Kai Havertz is Arsenal's number 29 and he scored in his second Champions League final when he netted against PSG back in May. He's the 9th player to score in multiple Champions League finals.

But alas, I’m equally disinterested in Konsa. I want a right back who is good in the attacking third and also durable, plus we’ll need some cover for Mosquera during Wilo’s absence

Oil painting titled "Hanalei Moon" by artist Pierre Bouret
An impressionist oil painting that depicts a nocturnal scene along the Hawaiian coastline. A brilliant, bright full moon cuts through an atmospheric sky filled with rolling blue and violet clouds. The light breaks through the overcast layers, illuminating the scene from above. Nestled along the shoreline is a small, rustic beach cottage. Its interior is warmly illuminated, casting a golden glow onto the surrounding grass and the edge of the water. Slender, towering palm trees frame the composition. Their silhouettes stretch vertically into the night sky, while darker tropical foliage forms a thick barrier behind the cabin. In the foreground, a dark, calm body of water captures a shimmering vertical reflection of the moonlight dancing across the ripples. A small outrigger canoe rests quietly on the bank nearby.

Talked a bit about the origin story of the "Momentum" graphic you might have seen during this World Cup with the @sport.nos.nl (Dutch). Got to be honest, when we made this in 2019 I _really_ didn't expect this to become a 'thing' ha.

Martin Ødegaard Premier League ranks this season (stats per 90) Assists - 3rd Open play assists - 2nd Open play chances created - 4th Through balls - 1st Assisting more regularly than any other season in his Arsenal career. Somehow widely considered to be underperforming.

I didn’t put this in my piece and perhaps should have. Five games in 15 days, all of existential importance to Arsenal. Not always pretty (but maybe more often than expected) but four wins and a draw in Madrid is a seriously impressive return.
