It looks like Chemical X should have been classified as a level 1A mutagen in the Globally Harmonized System and stored and labelled properly in a marked chemical cabinet, but I guess in the late 90s they were still using MSDS sheets and they did not have a mutagen category. #PowerPuffGirlsRewatch
