Reading a book about the Cultural Revolution in China that largely takes places in Sichuan province and just out of curiosity I looked up how long the fastest trains take between Chengdu and Beijing. 7.5 hours. That’s basically the distance between NYC and Minneapolis. LOL. LMAO… sob.
