one of my friends is pregnant and having the worst nausea, so I've been googling it and I just found out having severe nausea early in the pregnancy is actually associated with better pregnancy outcomes??? That seems incredibly cruel. Also it's associated with twins, which I shan't be telling her.

I'm extremely pro doctor / pro healthcare providers, which means I think we should do everything we can to eliminate the for-profit medical system, which is terrible for doctors, nurses, and other providers, as well as patients. It makes their lives suck, which makes them provide bad care.
