Original Ghostbusters, in the theater, age 7. It wasn't bad during the watching, but I had recurring nightmares for weeks afterwards about being chased (to be eaten) by Slimer, and being generally menaced by the Demon Dog. It's why I learned how to wake myself up from bad dreams.
