Talking at work about pets wearing shirts after vet visits to keep from fussing over wound sites etc has lead me to finding these 2 photos from years past. Kevin and Dr Thomas Noodles in 2023 when they each had medical issues. Oh my hilarious long boys! Glad this Halloween costume is getting worn.

I bought this little plastic arched frame w/a printed cardboard image of a Christian inspired stained glass window. I printed one of our wedding pics that I did some digital collaging on w/a stained glass window I drew in procreate. Perfect for the dark blue bedroom.

One of those days dancing between summer and autumn. A photo taken on a day that was one of the last days of our summer season here. Hot and humid and ushering in the cooler weather with its storms.

fuck it, i'm gonna submit to the glasgow gallery of photography again. in the same exhibition no less (Shape). you can submit up to 8 shots which i've done, but i'm putting all my hopes on this one. if it's selected, there's a fee to pay, but i get to take home a professional print at the end of it.

a double exposure. i'm holding my hand to the sun, and in the silhouette you can see the blooms of flowers and leaves. the photo has a yellow/green tint to it, very trippy.

Took some photos in our bedroom as the sun was setting yesterday. I love this room so much. We brought the Batman tv & one of our VCRs up to the bedroom to watch tapes on evenings we don't want to read in bed. It's been a lot of fun to pick a videotape & lay in bed w/ cats at night. The coziest.

A bedroom with dark blue walls and a brick fireplace painted green. The curtains are repurposed tapestries with mandalas, zodiac signs, or celestial imagery. There are white blinds over the windows and a window AC unit. The bed has a chartreuse chenille vintage secondhand blanket and a floral patchwork thrifted quilt on it with a pile of pillows with faux renaissance tapestry weave work, Van Gogh's Irises, a hand embroidered tree (by my husbands late Grandmother), a printed art print cat pillow, and two coffin shaped "Twin Peaks" pillows with black and white ombre and red lace on them. There is a blue-green Tiffany style lamp on a dresser with a Batman 13" CRT TV and VCR, with a stack of VHS tapes on top. On the walls are golden frames with various classical pieces of art and religious iconography in them. On the wall behind the bed hangs a huge blue and warm orange toned tapestry of a pride of lions.

It got hot again today, but still I wanted to workout in the heat after work was done. Ran two miles & biked eleven. My body is singing from exertion. It felt so good. I am in bed already. I feel calm inside. Lying in the dark of the bedroom listening to the fan whirring in the corner. Cats purring.
