It’s also completely leaving out PC competence in the fiction. If I have the cooking skill level needed to cook a Michelin star meal for a reviewer, I most certainly won’t poison them by *accident*. An allergic reaction due to unknown ingredients? Maybe. *That* would be an actual partial success.
