Not my field, but I’ve never heard of anyone being processed for release before the grant of clemency is even signed. Reads as an extraordinary and bizarre compliment to the Proud Boys from the Bureau of Prisons.

The lawyer for Enrique Tarrio, the former leader of the Proud Boys who is serving a
22-year sentence on a seditious conspiracy conviction connected to Jan. 6, said Tarrio is currently being processed for
"elease from
a federal prison in Louisiana. Even though Trump has not yet formally granted clemency to Jan. 6 defendants, the lawyer, Nayib Hassan, said Tarrio could be out of prison by as early as Monday night.

Lawyers for other Proud Boys convicted with Tarrio on sedition charges have also been called from their cells this evening to sign release papers, according to defense lawyers and Condemned USA, a group that has provided legal funds and advocacy for
