us nonBlack folks have a way of underplaying the ongoing oppression that Black folks face daily. ~1/3 of Black men are given felony convictions & thus stripped of voting rights. >50% will be arrested by their 23rd bday. if living in dc, they are TEN TIMES more likely to face arrest than white men.

nah yeah what pisses me off most is that it fails on every level it could possibly fail on. Ethically, environmentally, economically, morally. Arguing about philosophical stuff like whether it classifies as art means ignoring the giant hurdle that is it actively stealing from and harming people.
