So whats my deal? I am a mask and costume artist that specializes in masks where the wearer's eyes are visible and stuff built to survive and be easier to wear in larp environments. I use all flexible materials in hopes of greater safety, comfort and durability. 1/2

I did mean what I said about that series of gray wolves. 6 or 7 basic larp masks, all grey wolves, but each done a little differently, will be available soon. Not putting a date on it yet but they are in production.

Examples of what I do when im working with rainbow type colors. Mostly im asked for natural stuff, but im completely competent with candy color too. I just dont work toony is all.

All three white options of the galace 4wy stretch fur sandwiched between their palest yellow and palest pink, which depending on the pallet could themselves be used as whites they are just that pale. So good.

I like making masks. It is a thing I enjoy doing and it is my livelihood. I cannot make masks if my government is too stupid because being too stupid causes disruptions in every part of my personal and business life. Of COURSE I am political -this isnt nebulous concepts, Its tangible impacts.

If I had a nickel for every time I asked an aliexpress fur seller about a separate product and then was presented with an as yet unknown stretch for I would have two nickels. Miemie. Not yet for public sale but watch them in like 2 months. It's a lot like the big z stuff but much much shorter.

This is one of my larp/half masks with a demi-hood and the edge of it has been brush-thru'd so there's no visible fabric edge, it's only fur. And that allows this 'melting' sort of illusion between the hair of the mask and my head hair. Awkward shot but you get it.

Another finding on the GAlace stretch fur- 1038 'coffee' it's still four way stretch, but has a slightly weird lined texture to the fur and a different backing. And 1022 'baby pink' is shorter and a little denser than all others i've ordered so far from this line.

I dont need every color of fur in every length. I need every color in a very long medium-pile that I can shave short with a soft backing that has some give and feels nice on the body while still retaining structural integrity. And fabrics that stretch and fabrics with multi-tonal fibers.

Planted a little rock garden desert biom sorta thing. There's some tweaks I want to do, and some little grasses I want to add but... yeah... turned out ok. It does have drip irrigation, but it's all hidden.

Someone should set up a booth at furry cons and do basic 3d head scanning for reasonable prices. Add a charge if you're processing the model into a finished bust file for printing for head making. It is a thing that's hard to come by for a realistic price in a lot of areas.

So here's that glove I made with my own pattern again. It is drafted from my hand. Shown is my hand versus my husband's hand -his are much bigger than mine but the glove fits him excellently. That's the kind of stretch we're dealing with here. It was a little loose on me.It was perfect on him.

Stretch fabric gloves process. You don't sew the fingers individually. You sew through the pinned plate and then cut them free.

Nother great question come in today! Do I sew-in stripes and spots and markings? Mostly no. I am really only going to approach things like spots and stripes and fine designs with paint. If it cant be done with paint, I probably wont take the project : p

Update on the short 4 way stretch fur from GAlace- Ok so every piece Ive gotten so far has been perfect except for their black fabric- curiously, it is only 2 way stretch and has a completely different backing from all other fabrics. That said, it is still a -really good- 2 way stretch.

Had a great question come in to do with toony concept art and rainbow colors!- I dont mind if your concept art is toony, thats a non problem. Just remember that Im going to interpret what im seeing into my style and im bound by how my heads wear and wrap around a head in terms of shapes. BUT- 1/2
