Davey is clearly personally very wedded to Care reforms, and has always been pro PR. And his party very pro EU. The PM is promoting all three. Surely a moment to celebrate and engage meaningfully rather than point score alienating your own MPs & members? news.sky.com/story/lib-de...

Lib Dem triple lock revolt deepens as internal document seen by Sky News seized on by disgruntled MPs
Sir Ed Davey's response to Andy Burnham's pledge to change the triple lock has caused anger among Liberal Democrat MPs.

The motion calling for a rethink of equality law so that everyone can live in dignity and safety matters deeply to all liberals. While trans people are most profoundly affected most of us know the dangers of standing by while marginalised peoole are picked on by the state and the media. #ldconf

Delighted to have got the chance to get up in stage at Lib Dem Conference to speak truth to power and advocate for the rights of trans and non-binary people. Even more delighted that the motion 'Restoring trans rights' passed overwhelmingly. #transrights #LDConf

Papers like this really show that if you're going to use AI particularly LLM you really need to put both time and money into the operation. I would advise undergraduates especially to find their own voice, my writing changed while I was doing my degree you shouldn't give up that development.

An official logo for The Hill news site sits at the top of this graphic, positioned next to a small blue search icon. Below a horizontal divider line, the word "CAMPAIGN" appears in all-capital letters. Underneath, a bold headline reads: "Sullivan endorses Sullivan against Sullivan in Alaska."

Actually, do you think Burnham is hoping that, as appointing a drought minister made it rain in 76, so using the emergency alert will also bring the rains? It is a bit cloudy out…

The lesson from Andy Burnham's social media strategy is that authenticity sells. It raises the bar for mainstream political parties on social media. This from the Lib Dems is somewhere in the basement, AI can never be authentic, it should be a tool of your outriders not the main account.

Fascinated by Cobnar Road in Sheffield being so steep that they turned a through road from Chesterfield Road to Derbyshire Lane into two dead ends and they never removed this turn of the 20th century hand water pump, presumably for the same reason.
A weathered, rusty cast-iron hand water pump stands vertically in the center, missing its handle but retaining its downward-curving spout. It is surrounded by a dense, steep hillside covered entirely in green ivy leaves, with tree branches visible at the top.

I don't want anyone to be alarmed but Kemi Badenoch and Andy Burnham are on Reddit and they are having a discussion.
A screenshot of a Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA) thread featuring verified accounts for UK politicians Kemi Badenoch and Andy Burnham. Kemi Badenoch challenges Burnham to face a "proper press conference" instead of answering "softball questions on Reddit," stating he will be Prime Minister soon. Andy Burnham replies, calling it a "fair challenge" but reminding her that he faced questions from 74,000 members of the public in Makerfield two weeks prior. A small ad banner at the top features a man in a white shirt and a link to an immigration advice authority website
