You know how they use pollock to make fake crab and just call it krab? They should do that with grasshoppers and shrimp and call it schrimp.

What would you do if you lived in a World where the most powerful people broke the planet, then refused to fix it and actively fought against anyone who tried to?

On pre-order, our very Welsh Kickstarter project. They Are Still Here features stories of resistance and resilience in Welsh community, with a little help from our supernatural friends. wizardstowerpress.co...
The cover of They Are Still Here (Mae Nhw Yma O Hyd).

The image is of the sorceror, Gwydion, surrounded by wild animals (wolf, boar, deer) in a Celtic knotwork frame. Gwydion's hat is crowned with antlers. He carries an axe in his right hand and an oak twig in his left.

A lot of popular media these days is "exploring the darker side of humanity", but honestly I think we got that pretty well mapped out by now.

Do you love Storytelling? Does so many new voices in so many genres really pump your jam? But does having to wade thru some much ai slop using sloppier algorithms kinda deflate your jelly? The new episode of Generation Apocalypse looks for the key to fixing this mess in Storytelling itself:

More big news from my band maudlin of the Well!!
Thanks to popular demand, we're reissuing Bath and Leaving Your Body Map on CD-but for their 25th anniversary, and the 30th anniversary of the band, we wanted to do something more than a standard reissue.
Instead of bringing them back as two separate digipaks, for the first time ever we're combining both albums into a single edition, so they can stay together the way they belong. This double-CD edition of the companion albums comes in a single hardcover book with 24 interior pages containing all of the original artwork from both albums, along with a few newly printed photos from back in the day. All of the original artwork is intact and presented the way it appeared in the original 2001 CD editions, and some of it has even been rephotographed directly from the original paintings at a higher resolution than ever before. What's more, the audio has been newly remastered from the original unmastered mixes by the albums' original mastering engineer, Jeff Lipton at Peerless Mastering-the same ears and brain, but with 25 more years of experience under his belt. We here at MOTW are actually usually on the side of the fence that's against remastering classic albums, so we approached this very carefully. The goal was never to reinvent the records or make them sound noticeably different, but to keep them as close as possible to the original masters while improving what could be improved. You can hear an AB comparison on the bigcartel page. We wanted to make absolutely sure that these albums remain true to what we've all come to love and what lives so deeply in our memories. So trust us— we didn't do this impetuously.
We're extremely happy that the demand was there for us to make this edition happen. Bath and Leaving Your Body Map have always belonged together, and after 25 years, it's exhilarating to finally give them a physical edition that treats them that way. We put a huge amount of care into preserving what these records were while making this version as beautiful as ...
