I feel like it’s hard to express to people who got online after a certain era that culture wasn’t this conservative and censorious once upon a time. I mean, modern social media platforms are harsher on a lot of content than broadcast TV and magazines used to be.

Overall, I'd still say yes. You just have to accept that it's an extremely Earth-centric Green Lanterns show. Which is kinda like a vampire show set entirely in the daylight. But if you go into it understanding that, you'll have a good time. Kyle Chandler really is that charming.
