Had a migraine last night but wanted to cook so I made a super simple soup with barley, precooked frozen mushrooms, and canned chickpeas, corn, and tomato. Thickened with a flour slurry. Used edward & sons chicken stock cube, frozen minced garlic, salt, peach cider vinegar, and Italian herbs. Yum!
