Card store guy tried to tell me he didn’t have any Unger-era (‘67-‘83) cards, as if I couldn’t see a ‘72 Gump Worsley card on top of a pile in the display case. Thank god I didn’t believe him or I would have missed out on feeding my Unger Hunger

Finished a book I’ve been reading about who tends to survive disasters & why. Technically it has an appendix about practical ways I can learn to increase my chances of personally surviving a disaster but what I learned in the book is that survival is random so I’m not doing that.
