Those documents are no longer available in their original location, but have been archived by the Wayback Machine. The name "Jacob Geller" is listed on the second page of the report as having been suspended for one semester for violating the University of North Carolina's "sexual assault or sexual violence" policies. No other details are available in the document. Geller has not commented publicly; reached by Aftermath, Geller did not provide an immediate comment.

A victim has not been named.

I read a couple hundred death penalty cases for a case once and I think you’d all be shocked at how often this happens. The death penalty is one of the cruelest things in our system, an obvious violation of the 8th amendment cruel and unusual punishment clause, but we just love to kill.
