When people tell me they "don't trust the media," I ask them to spend 20 minutes with any reporter or editor from any publication near them (just not anyone with "Chief" or "Executive" in the title) & they'll change their mind. Newsroom bosses need to be held accountable. Reporters need unleashed.

and there was no real avenue for DULF to get approved to operate legally through s. 56 of the CDSA. she finds s. 7 of the charter was violated and that declaring s. 5(2) of the CDSA is unconstitutional.
