Let's be clear. The is nonsense. 1. There is limited evidence at best to show that AI will safely reduce processing costs and increase operational efficiency. 2. There is growing evidence that AI will vastly increase the loading on public services and require more human agents.

Canada has a total ban on company/corporate donations. Only individuals who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents can make contributions and it's capped at $1,750 a year. They still have functioning parties and the sky hasn't fallen in. Quite the opposite... www.elections.ca/content.aspx...

That's unlikely. A properly proportional system would mean no single party would govern alone. It would need multiple parties to decide it no longer suited them with a combined total of seats to give them a majority. No PR country has ever gone back to FPTP for national elections. That's instructive

The people that design these policies and do this work should be ashamed of themselves. That said, a significant proportion of people on WLs don’t know what they are waiting for, and an even bigger proportion would opt for alternative treatments if they had shared a decision earlier in the pathway

Back when Wes Streeting became SoS DHSC, he said the NHS was “broken”, and many NHS insiders took great offence at it with many excuses for why it was not. I spent yesterday talking to folk in significant health difficulties with waits for pretty basic but important surgery of around a year. 1/3

What’s worse is those who actively make the life of patients worse by that list reducing grift, or artificially increasing referral bars because the list numbers are embarrassing. Fixing the NHS is possible, it just requires actions and decisions that politicians and Execs don’t want to make. 3/3
