1) Duffers & co. aren't good enough writers to develop characters in large ensemble casts 2) They make creative choices that have nothing to do with anything. Ex. Eddie's outburst about Iron Maiden & "Eddie Lives" on the album that came out that year. 3) No idea if they want the story to be about
