For reference: When I had my background check it was held up because I had a speeding ticket from when I went home sophomore year in college that I forgot to put on my SF-86. I got grilled about why I didn’t disclose it (they eventually believed it was mistake). The FBI as we knew it is gone.

So the airline is still “on time” if it pushes off from the gate. Pilot has reported we will sit for 50 mins with no weather between the takeoff & destination airports. Allegedly they are holding the plane to “regulate the flow of traffic.” Thought that was what schedules were for.
