Today I was discussing Executive Dysfunction with some folks, and how in our household we call it "The Sits" I decided to make an info poster. It's based on my personal experience with it. Yes, the person is me 😆 #neurodivergent #memes #executivedysfunction
A meme poster showing someone in a chair, listing information about executive dysfunction
"Know you have something important to do, but just can't make yourself get up and DO it? You might have THE SITS" Also known as Executive Dysfunction, symptoms may include:
Hyperfocusing on one specific thing but not THE thing
Daydreaming or "spacing out"
Internally screaming at yourself to just DO the THING to no avail
Time blindness; where did the last 3 hours go?
Feeling overwhelmed by tasks which would take 5 minutes if you just got up and DID them, but instead take all day because of THE SITS

Fair, I just know that if I see someone intentionally skipping internationalization or accessibility I get extra skeptical of the rest of the work. (Lacking because lack of skill set happens, but those folks are usually apologetic about the lack.)

There's this rule in Swords Without Master that is kind of a big deal, because it breaks traditional GMing advice.† It's why I'm skeptical about #ttrpg aphorisms and give the side-eye to most anything purporting to be a universally good GMing tip.
The following is written in a pale yellow on a burnt orange gradient that looks a bit like a sunrise:

The Undreamt Realities

Somewhere across the great gulfs of time and dimension there is a world within which your adventures are just now occurring. What is spoken at your gaming table finds bone and flesh in this strange universe. But what is unspoken remains yet unrealized, even on this distant shore.

Describe to your fellow players a skull encrusted in jewels that shimmer only in moonlight and it exists. Tell them no more and the origin and purpose of the skull remains unwritten, perhaps awaiting another player’s voice. Since only that which is spoken is real, all may narrate without fear of treading on another player’s unspoken plan, and the voids you leave in your narration can be filled by any player—or left empty for a tale told another day.

There is power in this. Foreshadow, drop hints, deliver half the story and let the other players surprise you with an unexpected reality.

This is also why I've always had a problem with people chastising black people for voting when even if 100% of black people vote we are 13% of the country. While that is enough to sway a majority vote when combined with other demographics, we are in no way capable of voting out discrimination.

A three panel comic done in mostly a blue-purple ink. Frame 1: The artist, a tired person with their hair in a bun and a bag on their shoulder standing in the awning of a bus shelter. There's an ad on it that says "STOP HIRING HUMANS", above a woman whose face has been replace with the word "AI".
Frame 2: The bus comes, it's wrapped in an ad that also says "STOP HIRING HUMANS." The artist has a blank look.
Frame 3: A plane has now arrived above the bus and the human. It's carrying an ad banner that also says "STOP HIRING HUMANS".

My biggest conspiracy theory is that telling working class people that engagement in the arts is a middle / upper class thing and to do so makes you a class traitor is a psyop to make them disengaged with themselves and the world and the beauty of being human, so that they accept worse treatment.
