MINUTE ORDER: The Court ordered the Defendants to file a status report by August 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM. They have not done so. The Court ORDERS the Defendants to show cause why a status report was not filed by that deadline. The Defendants remain under their obligation to file a status report addressing the current status of the deplaning of putative class members.
