I’m slow as heck but I’m proud; this is the furthest (and longest) I’ve ever run on a treadmill. Should have been 12 and outside but the AQI was horrible and tomorrow I drive to Grand Marais to get my oldest from the BWCA so can’t do it this weekend. Mental toughness training FOR SURE.

Husband and Six have been in Europe, mostly for a family reunion in Sweden, since July 4. All Six wanted to do was go to Paris, see the Eiffel Tower, and eat a croissant. She got a croissant for breakfast and this was her afternoon. I am beyond delighted and also can’t wait to see them both Tuesday.
