Despite my protests and ‘maybe I like the misery’ outlook, I got my first EV last month and mother of all that is holy, I don’t know why I didn’t do it years ago. Do I miss a manual car, grinding of gears, hill starts and getting half the mileage I do now from a tank? No, no I do not.

Brilliant day at Flavours of Fingal in Newbridge House today. Live music, equestrian and agri events, cookery demos, food trucks, arts and crafts, kids entertainment and bouncy castles to name but a few attractions. The sun made a welcome appearance and added to the fun atmosphere. I’m exhausted!

Really enjoyed binge watching all episodes of the second season of The Four Seasons today. Highly recommend it. It has just the right balance of humour, warmth and excellently delivered well crafted dialogue. Stellar cast too. Bravo!

Met a gorgeous two year old rescued dachshund girl and a beautiful lab called Reilly in the fabulous Coffee Works cafe in Swords on my way to work. Couple that with the sunshine and a lovely cuppa, it was the perfect start to my day 😎
