Fun Fact: Pneumonic plague is caused by the same bacteria as the Bubonic Plague: Yersinia pestis. But unlike Bubonic Plague, which needs a vector like fleas to spread, Pneumonic plague is airborne - you can catch it like the flu. Untreated, it's 100% fatal. This is SO on-brand for this timeline.

Just FYI pneumonia is a condition caused by many different pathogens. Pneumonic plague is caused by Yersinia pestis which is a bacteria and can be transmitted airborne in that condition but can be treated with antibiotics if treatment is instituted early. Hopefully it can be contained.

Something I’ve noticed about Viv’s art is that it seems to always straddle the line between wholesome and edgy without belittling or completely sacrificing one for the other. If you’ve watched her creative progression as long as I have you start to get a feel for it.
