En garde à vue tu as le droit de :
-Designer un.e avocat.e
-Demander un.e interprète
-Voir un.e médecin (même si tu n'es pas blessé.e)

Et surtout garder le silence !
"Je n'ai rien à déclarer"
C'est ton droit !

Rien ne t'oblige à signer les PV
C'est aussi ton droit de refuser de signer

Face à la répression, connaître ses droits est une force !

Quelques conseils pour te protéger de la répression (2/2)

En garde à vue les flics peuvent te mettre la pression pour :

-Donner ton code de téléphone pour fouiller dedans
-Donner ta signalétique (photos de visage et empreintes digitales)
-Donner ta salive = ton adn

Refuser peut constituer un délit
MAIS
Refuser c'est se protéger soi-même, ses proches, ses camarades et c'est aussi résister au fichage généralisé !
