💚🤍🖤 Happy Aromantic Spectrum Visibility Day! 💚🤍🖤 To celebrate: a poster I made to let people know of an aromanticism studies reading group I'm planning to (co-)organize this Fall. If you're interested in potentially joining us, please fill out a registration form at tinyurl.com/AroRG26 .
A poster with a hand-drawn stack of books in the center; the book spines are colored in to be the aro flag (from the top: dark green, light green, white, grey, black). The books are stacked roughly in the shape of a heart (very roughly), and a green arrow shoots through them.

The text on top reads: An invitation to an aromanticism studies reading group. The text below reads: Every few weeks | Fall 2026 | on Zoom. More info and registration, https://tinyurl.com/AroRG26

I am deeply disturbed by this rhetoric that preexisting health problems mean deaths don’t matter. We saw this during COVID. Now it gets applied to every public health threat—H5N1, measles, etc.—and genocide. Disabled people are not disposable.
