When a snail leave a silvery trail, does he expect you to follow it? And if elephants never forget, why do they never win Mastermind?

Folks I just looked at an English copy of Master Fighter II (the classic bootleg NES version of SFII) and you need to read the back

Archer’s resignation from the London mayoral race after it was revealed he lied in court was the thing that got Paul Foot up from his sickbed and contributing again, having first started chronicling Archer’s lies and misdemeanours in 1969. From the Private Eye archive. Issue 992, December 1999.

True. But the Millennium Bug was averted by many dedicated experts, only for some to exclaim "see! Nothing happened!", when 2000 rolled round. I just hope that happens this time!

This shit is why you can't separate continuing to financially support the Harry Potter IP (whether by buying the games, merch, watching the new TV show when its out) from the consequences of what JK Rowling does with that money She's become so stiflingly powerful that even private docs arent safe

Lads, Harry Hill is a legend
Did TV Burp cause any problems with anyone else?

The only person who took exception was Jamie Oliver. We did go a bit too far but we had a show to fill. He had a diagram on his show about: 'If you teach two people to make spaghetti Bolognese, then they teach two friends, in a week, X amount of people will know how to make it.' We did a diagram saying: 'If you tell two friends not to bother watching Jamie's Whatever It Is, and they tell two friends...' He hit the roof. After that he wouldn't give us any more clips.

Did you try to make amends?

The producer contacted me to say, 'Jamie's very upset. Can you do a video apologising to him?' So I did a video of me in my kitchen singing I Just Called To Say I Love You, then pulled out one of his pans, saying, 'Look, I've even got one of your pans.' The producer said he wasn't going to send it to him because it would have just made things worse.

It's the Game Gear's 35th European anniversary. Sega's color hand-held rolled out this month in 1991, and while it wasn't a huge success (the cheap 'n' cheerful Game Boy had already pretty much locked down the portable market), it was still a cool machine with some very fun games.
