K-12 funding ranked as voters’ top legislative priority, scoring 8.4 out of 10, ahead of reducing property taxes (8.0), funding community colleges (7.2) & public universities (6.4). When asked to choose directly between K-12 & higher ed, 83.6% said K-12 schools.
