Having talked with a couple people that Know Their Shit, the fix to my current issue is going to be to get an audio DAC with a preamp in it. Basically something to give my headset - which it turns out is studio grade and therefore needs more juice - more juice. I'm going for a lower cost, entry-level option that comes recommended for my specific headset.

I feel like shit here but I am legitimately out of headset purchasing money rn. I have savings but I'm eyeing up my washing machine right now and it appears to be Going Fucky so it's kinda earmarked for the inevitable repair costs on THAT.

Any help will be appreciated, if you want me to doodle something for you I'll try my best but my confidence with art has been destroyed lately ><
