Almost 4 years ago, I was not doing well. Loss of self, purpose, and hope. Then I read a story. Omenpaths tore through the realms and hordes invaded. Protagonists found Halvar, alone, defending the bridge to a small village for no reason other than it was right and they were worth saving, too.
