Weird dragons #137: The Long Wyrm. It's about a metre thick and longer than you can imagine. Maybe not INFINITELY long, because it's not omnipresent, but if you follow the length of its body you'll just keep finding more dragon. Its front end can show up anywhere, but nobody has ever seen the back.

IT'S DONE!! 🎊🍾🪩🎉🎈🎈🪅 NEARLY A WEEK OF DAY-LONG EFFORTS, THE SETUP IS FULLY OPERATIONAL!! Ohhhh, I am so proud of this. And so grateful to all my friends who helped me with so many steps in this whole process. The cable management is as ridiculous as it is incredible. Truly, a feat to remember.

My new PC setup, finally complete after days of near-nonstop work. Two monitors, a display bar, a keyboard & mouse, and a glass tower packed with cooling fans all sit atop a desk and glow my favorite (and iconic) shade of blue.

A closeup of the keyboard and "interface area", where the mouse, master volume dials, and an HDMI input switcher button are all carefully arranged in a way that's easy to reach without needing to clamber over to anything.

The main PC tower. Circuits and hardware sit amongst multiple rows of glowing cooling fans. It all looks very TRON...

To the left side of the desk, my storage area + console setup. Controllers for each sit atop a series of hooks, while the consoles themselves sit atop a series of shelves behind them, wired into a capture card hidden within the cable bundles beneath the desk.

My favourite absurd worldbuilding detail from 'Girls und Panzer' is that for some inexplicable reason the schools are all located on these colossal landscaped aircraft carriers.
